ooVoo, Videoconference and VoIP Up To 6 Users

ooVoo it's a new VoIP software and it have a special feature that others similar software don't have, that is to perform videoconference up to six simultaneous users, this means that it's possibile to display the video and audio of six users at the same time.
ooVoo also allow you to perform free VoIP calls to landlines phones and cellphones (at the moment only in the U.S. and Canada).

Another interesting features is that you can record video messages with ease by way of your webcam and send them to other users/friends/relatives via the same program, it's also possibile to add a variety of special video effects.
If you buy the ooVoo Super version you can record your video conversations too.

Chocophone come back

It's come back the Chocophone's VoIP, by Abbeynet, a company located in Cagliari (Sardinia - Italy) founded in the year 2000 that operate in VoIP communication technology and inherent.
The new software for the VoIP communication is freely downloadable and once installed it integrate itself in the Windows Taskbar and allow us to make and receive normal calls from PC to PC, VoIP calls and also videocalls, it's included also SMS sending.
The fees for making calls over normal phones are very equal to the one's that Skype™ apply.
Abbeynet offers also Hictu and Instantalk; Hictu is just a public web space where we can share informations and other things, a sort of personal blog, while Instantalk it's a plugin for Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Office to make an instant call by selecting the phone number showed in a web page or a document.
The download of Chocophone, that included also Hictu and Instantalk, is available on the official website, if you register within the 15th of August 2007 you will receive 10 minutes of free calls, if you charge 5 euros you will receive 100 minutes of free calls, while with a 10 euros charge the free minutes become 200.

Skype™ become also Videocall!

It's available on the Skype™ website the 2.0 beta version of the famous software to make phone calls by Internet, with the videocall add-on.
It is necessary a WebCam or a hardware that allow you to acquire video from an external source.
N.B.: the 2.0 beta version of Skype™ is available for now just for the Microsoft® Windows OS.
