Send Fax by Skype™ and VoIP

PamFax is a little plugin for Skype™ that allow us to send faxes using the VoIP protocol, the fee for sending one fax page in Italy is 0,17 €, for the other rates it's possible to examine this page, the costs for the fax sending are directly charged in the SkypeOut credit.

The download of PamFax is available by clicking on this link, the installation procedure is quite simple, you just need Skype™ installed (it's recommended to have always the last version available on the official Skype™ website), double click on the downloaded file to start the Skype™ Extra Manager and continue to use/configure the PamFax plugin.

Skype™ 3.5.0.202

After some time of beta testing it's finally available since yesterday 7th of August a new version of Skype™, the 3.5.0.202 introduce in fact some new features in addition to some bugfix, like the possibility to send instant video to the user we are talking with.
